Crafted from the finest polyester needle-punched felt, laminated for strength, and equipped with high-temperature resistant fluorometh materials, our filter bags exploit the sophisticated filtering capabilities of fiber fabric to purify dust-laden gas. As the dust-laden air enters the collector, gravity takes its natural course, settling larger, heavier dust particles into the ash hopper. Meanwhile, the finer dust particles are expertly trapped as they traverse the filter media, ensuring a stream of purified air is released.

Working Principle:
Witness the art of purification as dusty air enters through the top air inlet of the dust hopper. Guided by the wind baffle, the airflow slows, causing larger dust particles to separate and descend into the hopper, courtesy of inertia. The remaining dusty air progresses to the middle box, where our filter bags work their magic, capturing dust on their outer surfaces and allowing only pristine air to pass through into the upper box and out through the air outlet.
As purified air smoothly exits the upper box, the ingenious system monitors the pressure differential across the dust collector. When dust accumulates and reaches a preset threshold, our advanced control system springs into action, initiating the dust removal process. The solenoid valve, responding to the command, promptly releases the compressed air from the small diaphragm's upper chamber. This shift triggers a series of mechanical reactions, opening the exhaust channel, discharging compressed air from the large diaphragm's chamber, and resulting in the activation of the blowing tube. This synchronized mechanism efficiently cleans the filter bags of dust. The process reverses smoothly when the signal ceases, resetting diaphagms and halting the air flow, ready to start anew when needed.
