Product Description
The bag filter is a state-of-the-art dry dust filtering marvel, expertly engineered to capture fine, dry, non-fibrous dust with unparalleled efficiency. Crafted from superior materials such as polyester needle-punched felt and high-temperature resistant fluorometh, this bag filter harnesses the profound filtering prowess of fiber fabric to meticulously purify dust-laden gas. As the dust-filled gas navigates through the filter, gravity coaxes larger dust particles to settle into the ash hopper. Meanwhile, finer particles are elegantly ensnared by the filter media, ensuring the resulting gas is exquisitely purified.
Advantageous features:
1. Employing an advanced submerged pulse valve, it ensures rapid opening and closing, minimizing its own resistance. This sophisticated system efficiently cleans dust from 6 m ~ 8 m long filter bags at a mere blowing pressure of 0.15 ~ 0.3 MPa, guaranteeing exceptional dust removal performance.
2. Exceptional high filtration load capacity. Thanks to robust dust cleaning capabilities, even at elevated filtering air speeds, the dust collector maintains impressively low resistance levels, typically ranging between 1200 ~ 1500 Pa.
3. Cutting-edge control technology. At the heart of this system lies a PLC programmable controller, meticulously overseeing dust collector cleaning, inlet flue gas temperature, and cleaning pressure in real time, offering unmatched functionality, stability, and reliability.
4. The low-pressure pulse bag filter boasts outstanding dust removal efficiency, meticulously ensuring outlet dust concentrations meet national emission standards and can even achieve levels as low as 10 mg/m³ or less.
5. Effortless inspection and replacement of filter bags. Utilizing high-temperature resistant media such as glass fiber, PTFE, and Fluorometh, the system can seamlessly operate under demanding conditions exceeding 200ºC.
Working Principle:
Upon entry from the air inlet at the dust hopper's summit, the dusty gas encounters a wind baffle that gracefully redirects the airflow upward, reducing flow speed and allowing large dust particles to succumb to inertia and settle into the dust hopper. As the dusty gas transitions into the middle box, it undergoes meticulous filtration and purification by the filter bag. Dust particles linger on the filter bag's outer surface, while purified gas travels through the filter bag opening, ascending into the upper box and exiting elegantly from the air outlet.
The cleansed gas ascends into the upper box via the filter bag's mouth, preparing for discharge. As dust accumulates on the filter bag's surface, the pressure differential between the dust collector's inlet and outlet escalates. Upon reaching the predefined dust removal threshold, the control system dispatches a dust removal command, initiating system operation. The solenoid valve responds swiftly, releasing compressed air from the small diaphragm's upper chamber. This change in force dynamics leads to the opening of the exhaust channel, allowing compressed air in the large diaphragm's upper chamber to escape. This prompts the large diaphragm to move, opening the closed output port, and directing compressed air through the output and blowing tubes to cleanse the bag. When the control signal ceases, the solenoid valve closes, and the diaphragms reset sequentially, halting the blowing process.
