Introducing the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer—a revolutionary innovation in green sand mixing technology, harnessing the power of three patented enhancements to deliver unmatched performance. This state-of-the-art equipment is engineered for the efficient blending of green sand, where the high-speed bottom scraper ingeniously propels materials into a continuous circular flow within the mixing basin. Simultaneously, the high-speed rotor blades administer a dynamic combination of impact and shearing forces, ensuring rapid interparticle contact and robust friction, resulting in swift blending and superb sand quality without the need for a separate loosening machine. Ideal for mechanized molding systems, our mixer seamlessly integrates with screw feeders, grid dosing devices, and automated water filling systems, enabling a fully automated sand mixing process that provides a steady supply of sand to molding machines. Designed with a streamlined and robust architecture, this mixer offers ease of maintenance and operation while delivering economic value. It boasts high loading capacity, superior productivity, and reliable load-starting capabilities. The mixer guarantees optimal sand performance, achieving required standards in compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability.
GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer Composition:
1. The heart of this machine is the main motor, which drives the input of the reducer via a European-standard belt pulley. The output shaft, coupled to the column through a chain coupling, rotates the spindle and crosshead in a counterclockwise motion. This rotation ensures that the scraper device efficiently channels the sand into a consistent ring flow.
2. Two symmetrically mounted rotor mechanisms are ingeniously affixed to the circle's cross beam. Each rotor, powered by the main motor through V-belts and gears after a two-step reduction, rotates counterclockwise. Working in harmony with the scraper plate, they exert impact, shear, and friction forces on the sand, ensuring thorough mixing.
3. The transmission gears within the reducer are crafted from large modulus alloy steel with a hardened finish, promising longevity and resilience. Additionally, a magnetic oil plug captures iron debris within the box. The sand mixer's bottom is lined with smooth, wear-resistant faience cast stone, while scraper inserts are fortified with wear-resistant carbide. The inner liner ring, constructed of stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene, provides exceptional anti-sand protection.
4. Featuring an automatic air unloader, the unloading mechanism completes a sand mix cycle in just 3 minutes on average. As the green sand mixes, the port automatically releases the material, eliminating the need for manual operation and significantly boosting efficiency.
5. The GS High Efficiency Sand Mixer’s automatic water injection system is a marvel of precision. Equipped with an automatic water pump, it meticulously adjusts the water delivery according to the sand's volume. Post-installation and initial setup ensure that each batch receives the accurate water ratio needed for superior wet sand consistency.
6. An advanced grid dosing device or electronic scale is strategically placed on the top cover of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer. This feature ensures precise automatic material addition, maintaining consistency in every blend. A reserved exhaust hole further optimizes performance by facilitating dust extraction and heat dissipation.
7. The reducer is smartly mounted on the base, providing easy access for maintenance. Disconnect the chain coupling and slide the main motor out from the coupling—our design allows for straightforward horizontal extraction and repair without dismantling the column or other components.
