The Z94 series vertical fractionated hot core box core shooting machine is a cutting-edge innovation, widely embraced in the casting workshops of diverse industries such as automotive, sewing machines, tractors, and agricultural machinery. This state-of-the-art machine features a dual injection head, capable of simultaneously shooting two mold sets, and can also operate independently. The movable shooting head glides smoothly on four front and rear rollers along a guide rail, ensuring seamless operation. Ingeniously designed for efficiency, the system consists of two distinct stations for sand addition and shooting. Driven by a cylinder, the shooting head navigates back and forth between the stations, while pressure springs ensure precise alignment with the core box. The system intelligently resets the shooting head post-pressure release, optimizing operation.
Perfectly suited for phenolic resin laminated sand curing through electric and steam heating, this machine produces sand cores with exceptional strength and finish. It boasts a versatile drive system—pneumatic, hydraulic, or gas-hydraulic—and features such as rapid mold and sand injection plate change devices, and optional loose sand functionality. Utilizing advanced Japan Omron PLC control, it includes up-blowing mechanisms, automatic turning, vibration sand discharge, and more, making it ideal for mass production of medium-sized, intricately shaped cores, catering to complex inner cavity requirements. Electric heating with automatic temperature control further enhances efficiency.
Equipped with an intuitive LCD screen for parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis, and both manual and automatic controls, this machine offers a sophisticated automatic digital display temperature control system. After mold opening, the mold plate pivots 90° to facilitate automatic core connection and removal, ensuring a streamlined operation. High-frequency quenched and hard-chrome-plated guide rails ensure high-precision mold closing and extend the mold's lifespan. The mold can execute multi-directional rapid pumping, while buffer components ensure swift movement without impact, enhancing durability. An electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station helps reduce oil temperature and prolongs component life.
