Our lost foam technology allows for the seamless pouring of products using a foam model. Embedded in a molded box with loose sand compacted by vibration, the foam model is enveloped by molten metal poured through a funnel. As the heat causes the foam to gasify, the metal solidifies, allowing for effortless product removal. This technology excels in crafting intricate products in a single pour, as foam models can be intricately assembled. However, each unique product necessitates its own distinct foam model.
