Introducing the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a pioneering marvel in sand mixing technology that embodies innovation with three national patents and optimized design. This avant-garde mixer specializes in the seamless blending of green sand, utilizing cutting-edge mechanics. At its core, a high-speed rotating bottom scraper orchestrates a dynamic circular flow within the basin, while high-speed rotor blades impart powerful impact and shearing forces. This synergy ensures rapid interaction and robust friction among sand grains, resulting in unmatched mixing speed and perfectly loosened sand without the need for additional loosening equipment. Perfectly suited for mechanized molding machines, this mixer can be integrated with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and automatic water filling system to create a fully automated sand mixing unit, continuously feeding sand to molding machines. Its design offers simplicity, compact structure, effortless maintenance, and operation, alongside cost-effectiveness, durability, exceptional loading capacity, superior productivity, and efficient load starting. The sand's properties, such as compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability, are meticulously optimized to meet qualified standards.
Components of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The main motor, coupled through an advanced European standard belt pulley to the reducer’s input, exerts its power through a chain coupling with the column. This intricate coordination allows the spindle to drive the crosshead in a counterclockwise rotation, compelling the scraper device to generate a precise ring flow of sand.
2. Paired rotor mechanisms, symmetrically affixed to the circle beam, are powered by the main motor via v-belts and finely-tuned gears. Following an intricate second deceleration, the rotors rotate counterclockwise, working in perfect harmony with the scraping plates to administer impact, shear, and friction to the sand, ensuring superior mixing.
3. The reducer’s transmission gears boast large modulus alloy steel hardened gears, ensuring longevity and resilience. A magnetic oil plug is installed to capture iron foam within the box. The sand mixer’s foundation is lined with faience cast stone for exceptional smoothness and wear resistance, complemented by wear-resistant carbide scraper inserts and an anti-sand stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene inner liner.
4. Featuring an automated air unloader mechanism, the mixer completes a sand mixing cycle in an average of 3 minutes. Upon mixing the green sand, the unloading port autonomously discharges material, eliminating the need for manual operation and significantly enhancing time efficiency and productivity.
5. The GS High Efficiency Sand Mixer is equipped with an innovative automatic water injection system, featuring an automatic water pump that adjusts according to sand mixing volume. Following initial installation and fine-tuning, water is injected automatically based on the specific wet sand mixing volume of each batch, ensuring precise water distribution ratios.
6. On its top cover, the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer integrates a sophisticated grid dosing device or electronic scale, providing automatic material addition to ensure consistent accuracy with each batch. Additionally, an exhaust hole is strategically reserved to facilitate effective dust removal and heat dissipation.
7. The reducer is securely mounted on a robust base, allowing effortless maintenance. During service, by disconnecting the chain coupling and strategically moving the main motor from the coupling’s insertion part, the assembly can be horizontally extracted for repair without disassembling the column or surrounding components.
