Introducing the versatile Hydraulic Multi-Piston Moulding Machine, a marvel of precision engineering designed to elevate your foundry operations to new heights. This state-of-the-art machine is perfect for green sand up and down box moulding in any foundry workshop setting. Whether you choose to utilize it as a standalone unit or integrate it into a comprehensive mechanized assembly line, this machine promises unmatched efficiency and adaptability. The innovative air cushion type full buffer pneumatic micro-vibration mechanism ensures seamless operation without demanding special foundation requirements. At its core is the ingenious connecting rod synchronous shaft structure, complemented by pneumatic oil speed control for exquisite synchronization during mold initiation, allowing you to control the speed effortlessly.
Outstanding Features of the Hydraulic Multi-Piston Moulding Machine:
1. The adoption of pneumatic multi-contact compaction eliminates the hassles of oil leakage, ensuring a clean and efficient operation. The pressure is optimally balanced, requiring no special sand specifications, and the extensive number of contacts (ranging from 24 to 72) makes it ideal for intricate molding tasks.
2. During the compaction process, the frame remains free from stress as the table is securely anchored by four tie rods descending from the multi-contact body. This ingenious design facilitates compaction through the downward motion of the multi-contact. When viewed as an integrated system comprising the contact, hook, sand box, model plate, and table, the compaction force is internal, delivering potent and effective results.
3. The pressing shock compaction technique simultaneously compresses the sand while engaging in synchronized vibrations with the table, independent of the rack. This results in highly effective shock compaction, achieving superior sand hardness with remarkable uniformity (average hardness reaching 85~90 on the B hardness meter). The sand consumption can be minimized to 20~30mm, while the sand ratio achieves an impressive H:B=2~3, maintaining cavity wall hardness above 80.
The composition of the Hydraulic Multi-Piston Moulding Machine includes the machine body, table, hydraulic piston contact box, mold starting mechanism, pneumatic contact box, and an intricately designed pneumatic piping system.
1. The machine body, an impressive hollow frame workpiece, provides robust support for the swivel arm press head. During compaction, the swivel arm latches onto the machine body, effectively transferring the press force. The body and shock mechanism are securely connected with bolts, while the press head, affixed to the swivel arm, features a screw elevator, allowing for precise adjustments to accommodate varying sand box heights.
2. Crafted from ductile iron, the working table is expertly cast and molded to suit the specific dimensions of the sand box, ensuring perfect compatibility and stability.
3. The hydraulic piston contact box is ingeniously constructed with a multi-contact body, pneumatic multi-contact, and four pull hooks. The pneumatic multi-contact's design principle focuses on directing compaction inlet air to the internal air cavity, simultaneously routing it to the fixed piston's lower air cavity via a specialized channel. This creates substantial pressure, combining the forces within the multi-contact body to apply significant force to the sand type, yielding an exceptional molding result.
4. The mold starting structure is an assembly of two mold starting cylinders, a connecting rod, balance shaft, mold starting table, and mold starting rod. When the mold starting cylinder is activated, it orchestrates the movement of the connecting rod, balance shaft, and mold starting table, ensuring the simultaneous lifting of the sand box by four top rods, resulting in a seamless mold initiation process.
5. The pneumatic piping system efficiently channels compressed air through a sophisticated filtration process to remove moisture and impurities. Subsequently, an oil mist injector lubricates the components, optimizing performance. The user-friendly hand-pull valve console empowers operators to manage machine actions with precision and ease.
