Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders with NOK brand seals, paired with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses, withstand high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder boasts 4 support cylinders for exceptional demoulding stability, complemented by an oil cylinder for robust sand pushing performance.

Our machine's pneumatic components proudly feature the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, including an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control solenoid valve, ensuring seamless functionality.

Our state-of-the-art pump station boasts 5 pairs of solenoid valves, precisely controlling the actions of the main, lower, upper box, upper platen, and push-type oil cylinders. Utilizing Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the hydraulic system maintains a pressure of 19MPa, with a typical working pressure of 13MPa or less. System pressure management is achieved through Oil Research's proportional valve, complemented by Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen for digital precision, allowing easy adjustment up to 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator automatically cools when hydraulic oil exceeds 30°C, safeguarding seals and stabilizing oil temperature. A heater within the tank activates below 6°C, ceasing heating at 10°C to prevent high viscosity issues, thereby protecting the oil pump from damage.

Our comprehensive control system oversees pressure, speed, and temperature, utilizing Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC.
