The vacuum negative pressure system stands as the heart of the Lost Foam Process. Utilizing a robust water ring vacuum pump, it establishes a steadfast negative pressure within the sand box, achieving a vacuum degree up to -0.093MPa. This ensures a compact formation of dry sand, reaching casting size accuracy levels of CT7-9. Sanzhuji's system boasts a modular design, featuring ingenious dust removal and exhaust gas treatment mechanisms to maintain a pristine, zero-pollution workshop environment, fully compliant with stringent environmental regulations.
