Product Description
Introducing our Factory Customized Pulse Bag Filter - a state-of-the-art dry dust filtration solution designed to capture fine, dry, and non-fibrous dust effectively. Utilizing advanced materials such as polyester needle-punched felt and high-temperature-resistant fluorometh, this filter employs the superior filtering capabilities of fiber fabrics to purify dust-laden gases. As the dust-laden air passes through, larger particles naturally settle in the ash hopper due to gravity, while finer particles are expertly retained, ensuring only clean, purified air is emitted.
Advantageous features:
1. Equipped with a submerged pulse valve for rapid opening and closing, this filter boasts minimal resistance; requiring just 0.15 ~ 0.3MPa of blowing pressure to efficiently clean 6m to 8m long filter bags, ensuring exceptional dust removal performance.
2. With a robust filtration load capacity, our system guarantees effective dust cleaning even at high air filtering speeds, maintaining a resistance level of merely 1200 ~ 1500Pa, ensuring reliable performance.
3. Our filter is powered by sophisticated control technology. A PLC programmable controller manages various parameters such as dust cleaning, inlet flue gas temperature, and cleaning pressure in real-time, providing comprehensive, stable, and reliable operation.
4. The low-pressure pulse bag filter boasts remarkable dust removal efficiency, ensuring that the dust concentration at the outlet is in full compliance with national emission standards, achieving levels as low as 10mg/m³ or less.
5. Maintenance is a breeze with easy filter bag inspection and replacement. Using high-temperature-resistant filter media like glass fiber, PTFE, and Fluorometh, the system can operate seamlessly under extreme temperatures exceeding 200ºC.
Working Principle:
The operational excellence of our system begins as dusty gas enters the top of the dust hopper. Guided by the wind baffle, the airflow decelerates, allowing larger dust particles to separate due to inertia and fall into the hopper. The remaining dusty gas proceeds to the middle box, where it is thoroughly filtered by the filter bag. Dust particles adhere to the outer surface while clean, purified air is channeled through the filter bag opening, exiting via the upper box and air outlet.
Upon reaching the optimal dust removal time, our advanced control system activates the cleaning process. Receiving the command, the solenoid valve opens, releasing compressed air from the small diaphragm's upper chamber, prompting a sequence of diaphragm movements that open exhaust channels. This facilitates a powerful jet of compressed air into the bag, effectively dislodging accumulated dust. The system then resets seamlessly, ready to maintain peak efficiency.
