The molding process is anchored by a precision-engineered mold fixed on the middle box, featuring a unique butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top.
Ensuring unmatched rigidity, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. Reinforced with numerous cast-in-place bars, the equipment also features 45Cr columns, medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated, for added durability. The hydraulic system incorporates heavy-duty NOK brand sealed hydraulic cylinders, with high-pressure, steel wire braided hoses resisting both heat and pressure. With 4 support cylinders for the lower box, stability in demolding is significantly enhanced, and the oil sand pushing cylinder further stabilizes sand pushing operations.
