Product Description
Introducing the cutting-edge Furan Resin Sand (Self-hardening Sand) Recovery System, expertly tailored to your unique sand recovery needs. With customization options available, this system is engineered to maximize the efficiency of old sand reclamation.
Resin sand, a refined type of core sand, employs resin as its binding agent. The sophisticated process of regenerating old sand involves meticulously removing the binder film from each sand grain, refining the sand's surface and particle size, presenting an outstandingly economical alternative to new sand. This revolutionary recycling process not only curtails the consumption and disposal costs associated with new sand but also ensures that recycled sand is uniformly smooth, enhancing thermal properties to bolster casting quality. When resin sand is reconditioned, the necessity for additional resin diminishes, thus economizing resin costs. Furthermore, it significantly mitigates environmental impact by reducing waste sand pollution. This versatile production line is equally adept at processing sodium silicate sand casting, following a similar sand treatment methodology.
Our resin sand production line regeneration processing system boasts an impressive annual output capacity ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Engineered with precision, the PLC-controlled electrical systems ensure robust, safe, and stable automatic production, seamlessly displayed on our simulation screen for effortless monitoring.
The intricate process flow of the resin sand production line begins post-pouring, as sandboxes and castings are efficiently hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. With manual precision, large jackets and risers are sorted, while sand, sand mass, and smaller cold iron fragments descend through the falling sand grid onto the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-magnetic separation, materials are directed to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for thorough processing, including crushing, stripping, and screening. Screened sand is transported via the 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator, ensuring comprehensive regeneration and stripping. The resultant sand, interspersed with fine powder, dust, and resin film, is transferred to the flow curtain air separator. This separator, integrated with a cyclone dust collector and a pulse back blowing dust collector, effectively cleanses the sand. The secondary regenerator and stored sand are then elevated by the 2# bucket elevator to the sand warehouse. The upper inlet of the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer integrates with the sand warehouse outlet via a pneumatic shutter, facilitating seamless sand flow into the mixer. In the mixer, the sand progresses via screw blades, initiating the mixing process. Here, the curing agent and resin are systematically added and mixed, culminating in a fully homogenized batch that effortlessly feeds into the prepared sand box for modeling and core making. The fully cured tire is relocated to the self-hardening area or treated with an alcohol paste for combustion, subsequently brushed with a release agent, and finalized with drying and box closure for pouring and cooling.
