Harnessing the physical attributes of free-flowing powders (with a bulk density ranging between 0.8-1.6t/m³), our equipment features a modular architecture combined with cutting-edge wear-resistant sealing technology, ensuring steadfast operation over extended periods.
2. Low-resistance conveying system:
Our advanced spiral conveying pipe, featuring a sophisticated double-wall hollow design crafted from premium 304/316L stainless steel, is enhanced with a tungsten carbide coating not less than 0.3mm thick. This reduces the powder's friction coefficient (μ<0.15), achieving a remarkable 35% reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional single-tube setups.
The optimization of the blade’s inclination angle (set between 25°-35°) alongside an adjustable pitch (1.2-1.5 times the pipe diameter) is tailored to the unique properties of materials like clay and cement, facilitating a remarkable conveying efficiency of 15-50m³/h.
Triple sealing protection:
