High-Strength Load-Bearing Structure:
Featuring EP high modulus skeleton material with a remarkable breaking strength of ≥15kN/m, complemented by a heat-resistant rubber covering layer, this design withstands temperatures from -20ºC to 120ºC. It adeptly manages the transport of high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (-20ºC) in foundry workshops, ensuring the belt remains resilient and crack-free.
With an innovative trough roller group design boasting a 35° inclination angle, the conveying capacity sees a 30% boost. Each unit can handle up to 200t/h, perfectly aligning with the continuous sand supply demands of large casting facilities.
Intelligent Speed Regulation and Climbing Ability:
Harness the power of a variable frequency drive system for seamless speed adjustments ranging from 0.8 to 4.5m/s, precisely synchronizing with molding line requirements, like achieving a steady sand supply of 2.5m/s on the HWS line.
The system's maximum inclination angle of 22° allows direct connection to high-level smelting furnace feeding ports, minimizing the need for additional transfer equipment investments.
Modular Sealing Design:
With a fully enclosed guide trough rated at IP65 protection, and enhanced with double-side ribs standing 150-300mm tall, the dust emission rate is impressively kept below <5mg/m³, surpassing the GB 16297-1996 standard.
A quick-detachable cleaning scraper and V-shaped sweeper ensure over 98% cleaning efficiency for residue recovery on the belt, dramatically reducing manual maintenance efforts.
