Introducing our GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, an innovative masterpiece armed with three national patents and a meticulously refined design. Purpose-built for the precision blending of green sand, this cutting-edge mixer is engineered with a high-speed bottom scraper that generates a dynamic circular flow within the machine basin. Meanwhile, high-speed rotor blades deliver an impactful force along with shearing dynamics, facilitating rapid contact and robust friction among the sand grains. This seamless process ensures a swift sand mixing operation, ultimately producing consistently loose and perfectly mixed sand without the need for a sand loosening device. Exceptionally suited for mechanized molding machines, this mixer, when paired with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and an automated water filling system, enables a fully automated sand mixing unit that continuously supplies sand to molding machines. Standout features include its straightforward and compact design, ease of maintenance, economic efficiency, robust durability, high load capacity, increased productivity, and seamless load starting. The sand’s performance metrics, such as compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability, are optimized to meet quality standards.
GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1. The main motor seamlessly drives the reducer input through a European standard belt pulley, coupled with the column by a chain coupling. The spindle’s counterclockwise rotation propels the crosshead, ensuring the scraper device masterfully guides the sand into a ring flow.
2. Dual rotor mechanisms, symmetrically mounted on the circle's cross beam, are each driven by the main motor. Utilizing v-belts and gears after a second deceleration, the sand mixing rotor rotates counterclockwise, applying a precise combination of impact, shear, and friction to the sand with the scraper plate.
3. The reducer's transmission gears are crafted from large modulus alloy steel with hardened surfaces for extended lifespan. A magnetic oil plug captures iron particles, while the sand mixer’s bottom plate is paved with faience cast stone for smoothness and wear resistance. Scraper inserts are reinforced with wear-resistant carbide, and the inner liner ring is composed of either stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene to resist sand abrasion.
4. Featuring an automatic air unloader, the unloading mechanism completes a sand mixing cycle, averaging 3 minutes per mix. The unloading port automatically ejects the mixed sand, requiring no manual intervention, enhancing time efficiency and operational productivity.
5. The GS High Efficiency Sand Mixer incorporates an automatic water injection system, integrating an automatic water pump that adjusts the water mechanism according to the sand mixing volume. After initial setup and calibration, the system automatically dispenses water in precise ratios per wet sand mixing batch, ensuring optimal water distribution.
6. Equipped with a grid dosing device or electronic scale atop its cover, the GS High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer ensures precise material additions. Simultaneously, it features a reserved exhaust hole for effective dust removal and thermal dissipation.
7. The reducer is strategically pressed and mounted on the base. For maintenance, simply disconnect the chain coupling and slide the main motor out from the coupling’s insertion segment. This allows for horizontal removal and repair without dismantling the column or additional components.
