The GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer is an innovative marvel in sand mixing technology, boasting three national patents and an optimized design. Primarily designed for the blending of green sand, this state-of-the-art mixer operates on a principle where a high-speed bottom scraper ignites a circular flow within the machine basin. The high-speed rotor blades deliver impactful force to the sand, ensuring a rapid and thorough mixing process. Designed particularly for mechanized molding machines, it integrates seamlessly with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and an automatic water filling system, culminating in an automated sand mixing unit that continuously supplies sand. Its standout features include a simple, compact structure, effortless maintenance, unmatched durability, high load capacity, and significant productivity. The mechanical prowess of this mixer ensures that sand properties like compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability meet industry standards.
Composition of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The primary motor channels power to the reducer via a European standard belt pulley. The output shaft interlocks with the column through a chain coupling. This process sets the spindle into counterclockwise motion, which in turn propels the scraper device to create a flowing ring of sand.
2. Symmetrically mounted on the cross beam, two rotor mechanisms are activated by the main motor through a v-belt and gears, following a second deceleration for counterclockwise rotor rotation. These work harmoniously with the scraping plate to deliver impact, shear, and friction to the sand.
3. The reducer's transmission gears are crafted from large modulus alloy steel, known for their extended service life. A magnetic oil plug captures iron foam, while the sand mixer's base is layered with smooth, wear-resistant faience cast stone. Scraper inserts boast wear-resistant carbide, and the inner liner ring is fashioned from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for optimal anti-sand performance.
4. Featuring an automatic air unloader, the sand mixer completes a mixing cycle in just 3 minutes. Once the green sand is mixed, the unloading port automatically discharges the material, eliminating the need for manual operation and significantly boosting efficiency.
5. Equipped with an automatic water injection system, the GS mixer boasts a controllable water pump that regulates water input based on sand volume. After initial setup, it automatically adjusts the water distribution according to the wet sand mixing volume for each batch, ensuring precise moisture content.
6. The mixer features a grid dosing device or electronic scale on the top cover for precise material additions, while an exhaust hole effectively manages dust and heat dissipation.
7. The reducer is mounted on the base, enabling straightforward maintenance. By disconnecting the chain coupling and moving the main motor out of its insertion point, the reducer can be horizontally extracted for repair without dismantling the column or other parts.
