Resin sand is an exceptional type of core sand, ingeniously bonded with resin. The regeneration of old sand meticulously removes the binder film from sand surfaces, enabling adjustments in sand surface and particle size. This economical technique substitutes new sand, significantly reducing costs and waste. Recycled sand boasts evenly sized, smooth particles with excellent heat resistance, thereby enhancing casting quality. Notably, recycled resin sand requires less resin addition, further driving down costs and minimizing environmental impact. Additionally, the production line efficiently processes both sodium silicate and resin sand casting, offering a similar sand processing approach for versatility and efficiency.
Our state-of-the-art Resin Sand Production Line Regeneration Processing System boasts an impressive annual output capacity ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Utilizing advanced PLC control, the system ensures comprehensive restriction and protection of electrical equipment, guaranteeing stable, reliable, and automated production. The simulation screen provides seamless monitoring of operations, reinforcing confidence in the system's performance.
Experience the streamlined process flow of our Resin Sand Production Line: Post-pouring, sandboxes and castings are lifted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting separates large jackets and risers, while sand, sand mass, and small cold iron pieces pass through the falling sand grid onto the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-magnetic separation, materials are transferred to the multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for efficient crushing, stripping, and screening. Screened sand is elevated via 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for thorough regeneration and stripping. The resultant sand, mixed with fine powder, dust, and resin film, flows into the flow curtain air separator, linked with a cyclone dust collector and pulse back-blowing dust collector for dust removal. The secondary regenerator and sand in the warehouse ascend via 2# bucket elevator. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer connects the upper feeding port with the sand storage outlet via a pneumatic shutter, directing sand into the mixer. The mixer efficiently transports sand forward, adding curing agent and premixed resin to ensure thorough integration before dispatching to the sand box for core making. The tire transitions to the self-hardening area or undergoes combustion with alcohol paste, culminating in a dried, coated box ready for pouring and cooling.
