The swivel arm press head features a screw elevator, enabling precise adjustments to the distance between the press head and sand box, tailored to the sand box height.

3. The hydraulic piston contact box, comprising a multi-contact body, pneumatic multi-contact, and four pull hooks, operates on the principle of pneumatic multi-contacts. Here, compaction inlet air channels through the multi-contact body to the internal air cavity, further accessing the fixed piston's lower air cavity. 4. The mold starting structure is an engineering marvel, featuring two mold starting cylinders, connecting rods, balance shaft, mold starting table, and mold starting rods. When initiated, the mold starting cylinder propels the connecting rod, balance shaft, and mold starting table into action, simultaneously raising the four top rods to elevate the sand box and initiate mold starting.
5. The pneumatic piping system is designed for optimal efficiency. Compressed air is meticulously filtered to eliminate water and impurities, then infused with oil mist lubricant, ensuring seamless operation of pneumatic components.
