3. Moulding machine table.
The molding process is anchored on a meticulously designed middle box, featuring a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top.
Our robust equipment incorporates components made from QT500 ductile iron and high chromium alloy iron, such as the butterfly plate, bottom and top plates, sand box, and upper pressure plate. Reinforcement bars fortify these components for superior rigidity. The columns, crafted from 45Cr, are medium-frequency tempered and chrome-plated. Our hydraulic cylinders are high-performance, featuring NOK brand internal seals, and are connected via steel wire braided high-pressure hoses to withstand high pressure and temperature. With four support cylinders in the lower box and an oil-based sand pushing cylinder, the demoulding and sand pushing stability is unparalleled.
4. Pneumatic system
Our pneumatic system, built with renowned Taiwan Airtac components, includes an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve for unmatched performance.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
Our top-tier hydraulic pumping station features five pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously managing the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Utilizing Japanese Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the hydraulic system operates at a robust 19MPa pressure, with a typical working pressure of 13MPa or less. Proportional valve control, integrated with a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, allows for precise digital adjustments. An air-cooled radiator maintains optimal hydraulic oil temperatures, while built-in heaters ensure functionality in cold conditions, safeguarding the hydraulic components and ensuring smooth operation.
6. Control system.
Our advanced control system orchestrates pressure, speed, and temperature with finesse. Utilizing Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC, it seamlessly drives hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components. The intricate interplay of hydraulic actions is governed by continuous and interlocking logic. An Omron thermostat commands the hydraulic oil temperature system, while Mitsubishi PLC oversees the entire operation using output modules and SND relays, ensuring precision and reliability.
