3. Moulding machine table.
The molding process is anchored by a robust middle box, securing the mold for production. Featuring a sophisticated butterfly-shaped movable plate, accompanied by a durable bottom plate and top.
Constructed from QT500 ductile iron for the butterfly, bottom, top plates, sand box, and upper pressure plate, while the lower pressure plate is crafted from high chromium alloy iron. Reinforced with numerous bars, the equipment's rigidity is assured. Columns forged from 45Cr, tempered with medium frequency and hard chrome plated, complement the assembly. Our hydraulic cylinders, fortified with NOK internal seals, and the high-pressure steel wire braided hoses withstand extreme conditions. The four support cylinders enhance demoulding stability, while the oil-based sand pushing cylinder further augments this stability, showcasing superior performance.

4. Pneumatic system
Our machine integrates premium pneumatic components from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, including a sophisticated air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a precision pneumatic control element solenoid valve. This ensures reliability and efficiency in every operation.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
Our state-of-the-art hydraulic pump station is equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Japan's renowned Oil Research brand provides the solenoid valves and oil pump, ensuring top-tier performance. The system operates with a pressure of 19MPa, with an adjustable working pressure of up to 13MPa or less. Utilizing Oil Research's proportional valve, the system is governed by a Mitsubishi PLC module paired with a Mitsubishi touch screen for precise digital control. An air-cooled radiator activates at oil temperatures above 30 degrees, ensuring optimal hydraulic oil temperature and safeguarding seal integrity. A heater in the hydraulic oil tank activates below 6 degrees, maintaining optimal viscosity for smooth pump operation.
6. Control system.
Our sophisticated Control System seamlessly manages pressure, speed, and temperature. The automated system, powered by a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC, orchestrates hydraulic solenoid valve actions and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, ensuring synchronized, interlocking operations. Temperature is precisely managed using an Omron thermostat, while the hydraulic system is expertly controlled by the Mitsubishi PLC through output modules and SND relays, ensuring flawless, reliable performance.
