Experience the meticulous process flow of our resin sand production line: Begin with the seamless transition of the sand box and castings to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jackets and risers are manually sorted, while sand, sand mass, and small cold iron pieces journey through the falling sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-magnetic separation, materials head to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for comprehensive processing—crushing, stripping, and screening. The refined sand is elevated via 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intensive regeneration. Fine powder, dust, and resin film are efficiently separated in the flow curtain air separator, linked to cyclone dust and pulse back blowing dust collectors. Upgraded sand is stored, ready for the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer integration. Here, sand moves forward in the mixer with curing agent and resin added synchronously, ensuring a perfect blend. Automatically, this mixture flows into the prepared sand box for modeling and core making. The innovative process wraps with the self-hardening phase or an alcohol paste combustion treatment, finalized by a release material coating, drying, and box closure for pouring and cooling.
