Mould for molding is efficiently affixed on the middle box for production. Its innovative butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top plate ensure seamless operations.
The butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are exquisitely crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron construction. To guarantee exceptional equipment rigidity, a substantial number of reinforcement bars are strategically cast behind the five plates. The columns are manufactured from 45Cr, medium frequency tempered, and hard chrome plated. The hydraulic cylinders are robust, heavy-duty components featuring NOK brand internal seals, while the hydraulic hoses are steel wire braided to withstand high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder is innovatively equipped with four support cylinders, enhancing demoulding stability.
