1. Precision sand injection: Utilizing side directional air flow suspension for horizontal sand injection, the machine ensures even filling with no blockage, resulting in high-quality sand filling. Improve casting size accuracy by reducing bad sand eyes and distortion, allowing for thinner mold plates and enhancing the overall performance of simple-shaped, thin-product castings.
2. The innovative Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine is a game-changer for foundry operations. It effectively addresses the challenge of inconsistent sand hardness caused by uniform sand distribution and eliminates sand shadows in intricate castings or those with significant casting height. This versatile machine can handle a wide array of castings, from small to large, and is adept at molding deep, hanging sand shapes. It superbly enhances dimensional accuracy while reducing collapse box occurrences, ensuring superior casting quality.
The advanced sand injection process utilizes a state-of-the-art air flow suspension bottom injection and bottom injection method. This technique allows sand to fill the type plate perpendicularly in a flowing state, ensuring uniform distribution. Such precision eradicates sand clogging and enables the stable production of complex and deep-shaped products. The result is a significant improvement in sand fill quality, a reduction in defective sand eyes, and better dimensional precision of the castings. It adapts seamlessly to various sand types, controls compaction balance to prevent type plate mold distortion and deformation, and enhances casting accuracy. This results in fewer collapse boxes and the ability to use thinner type plate molds.
3. Moulding Machine Table.
The molding process involves a securely fixed mold on the middle box for production. Its sophisticated design includes a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top plate, all engineered for optimal performance.
Constructed with precision, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is made of durable high chromium alloy iron. To guarantee exceptional rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are meticulously cast behind the five plates. The robust columns are composed of 45Cr, medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated for enhanced durability. Equipped with heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders featuring NOK brand internal seals, and durable steel wire braided high-pressure hoses, the system withstands high pressures and temperatures. The lower box cylinder boasts four support cylinders for superior demoulding stability, and the oil-based sand pushing cylinder further enhances sand pushing consistency.

4. Pneumatic System
This machine's pneumatic system is engineered with precision, utilizing reputable Taiwan Airtac brand components. It features an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a pneumatic control element solenoid valve, all working in harmony to ensure optimal performance.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
The sophisticated hydraulic pumping station is equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Produced by Japan Oil Research, the solenoid valves and oil pumps ensure exceptional reliability. The hydraulic system pressure reaches a robust 19MPa, with a commonly used pressure of 13MPa or less. The system's pressure control leverages an oil research proportional valve, Mitsubishi PLC module, and a Mitsubishi touch screen for seamless digital regulation, allowing users to easily adjust the upper limit of 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator automatically activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, maintaining the system within optimal working temperatures and safeguarding hydraulic seals. Additionally, a heater in the oil tank activates when temperatures drop below 6 degrees, ceasing at 10 degrees to prevent excessive oil viscosity and ensure smooth oil flow, protecting the oil pump.
6. Control System.
The cutting-edge control system meticulously oversees pressure, speed, and temperature operations. Featuring an advanced automatic system with a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC control, it drives hydraulic solenoid valves and coordinates with Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components to choreograph equipment actions and ensure continuous, interlocking functionality. Temperature regulation is managed with precision by an Omron thermostat, and the hydraulic system is controlled via Mitsubishi PLC with output modules and SND relays, delivering flawless performance.
