Resin Sand Overview: This remarkable type of core sand uses resin as a binder to transform your casting process. Our system is engineered for optimal regeneration of old sand, expertly stripping the binder film and refining particle size. As a cost-effective and environmentally-friendly alternative to new sand, our recycled sand preserves resources, reduces waste, and enhances casting quality. With a smooth surface and excellent thermal properties, our recycled sand improves casting outcomes. Moreover, reusing resin sand minimizes resin usage and lowers production costs, while significantly curbing environmental impact from waste sand. Compatible with sodium silicate sand casting, our system adapts seamlessly to your casting process.


Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual output range of 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Harnessing the precision of PLC control, the electrical systems are safeguarded with comprehensive restrictions and protections. The intuitive simulation screen guarantees stable and reliable operations, paving the way for seamless automated production.


Resin Sand Production Line Process: Post-pouring, the sand box and castings are elevated to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jackets and risers are sorted manually. Sand, sand mass, and small cold iron pieces pass through the sand grid to the magnetic separation belt. Post-separation, they journey to the multifunctional vibrating crushing machine, which handles crushing, stripping, and screening. The screened sand ascends via the 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for thorough regeneration. The sand, now free of fine powder, dust, and resin film, moves to the flow curtain air separator. Linked to a cyclone and pulse dust collector, the system ensures efficient dust removal. Further sand processing occurs in the secondary regenerator, then the sand ascends again via the 2# bucket elevator into the storage. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer subsequently blends sand, curing agent, and resin, ensuring a perfect mix for your sand boxes. This advanced system promises precision and quality in every casting.
