Engineered for the demanding and intricate conditions of foundry workshops, this belt conveyor series merges the strengths of both heavy-duty and lightweight systems to deliver unprecedented performance enhancements in high dust, multi-material environments.
High-strength load-bearing structure:
By utilizing EP high modulus skeleton material with a breaking strength ≥15kN/m and a heat-resistant rubber covering layer that withstands temperatures from -20ºC to 120ºC, this system is perfect for transporting high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (-20ºC) in foundry settings, effectively mitigating risks of belt hardening and cracking.
The trough roller group, designed with a 35° inclination, enhances conveying capacity by 30%, supporting a maximum throughput of 200t/h, thereby accommodating the continuous sand supply demands of expansive casting workshops.
Intelligent speed regulation and climbing ability:
Featuring a variable frequency drive system, this conveyor offers infinite speed adjustments from 0.8 to 4.5m/s, precisely aligning with the molding line's pace, such as the HWS line's uniform requirement of 2.5m/s sand supply.
With a maximum inclination angle of 22°, the conveyor seamlessly integrates with high-level smelting furnace feed ports, minimizing transfer equipment costs.
Modular sealing design:
The conveyor boasts a fully enclosed guide trough with an IP65 protection level, complemented by double-side ribs (150-300mm high), achieving a dust emission rate of <5mg/m³, surpassing the GB 16297-1996 standard.
Equipped with a quick-detachable cleaning scraper and V-shaped sweeper, this system automates the recovery of residual materials on the belt (cleaning rate >98%), significantly reducing manual maintenance requirements.
