Green Sand Production Line Process: Our meticulously crafted process, utilizing clay as a binder, expertly shapes modeling (core) sand. The mechanization of sand recycling is pivotal for achieving peak foundry performance. The caliber of salvaged casting sand post-pouring directly affects the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the castings. The rigorous task of recycling and treating used sand demands extensive processing and transport under challenging circumstances. Mechanization plays a critical role here. Post-pouring and cooling, a vibrating shakeout machine (drum shakeout machine) proficiently breaks down the sand mold, guiding hot castings to the shot blasting zone via a scale conveyor. A strategically aligned belt conveyor at the shakeout's sand outlet channels reclaimed sand to the regeneration area. Cross-placed suspended magnetic separators and belt conveyors adeptly remove iron impurities from the sand. Dust is meticulously filtered, with the processed sand stored in compact silos. A state-of-the-art boiling cooling bed ensures effective cooling of used sand, which is then transported via the 2# bucket elevator to the storage silo. The unloader smartly allocates bulk sand to designated bins, each paired with vibrating disc feeders. Sand is then directed to the rotor sand mixer’s storage hopper. Through an advanced screw feeder mechanism, coal powder and bentonite are accurately measured and blended to ensure uniform mixing in the rotor sand mixer. This refined sand is primed for subsequent molding, assuring exceptional casting quality.
