The GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer is a groundbreaking innovation in sand mixing technology, incorporating three national patents and an optimized design. Primarily designed for the mixing of green sand, its core mechanism involves a high-speed rotating bottom scraper that induces a circular flow within the machine basin. Concurrently, the high-speed rotor blade imparts powerful impact and shearing forces upon the sand. This results in rapid contact and robust friction between sand grains, achieving high-speed sand mixing and a fluffiness unattainable without a dedicated sand loosening machine. Ideal for mechanized molding processes, it seamlessly integrates with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and automatic water filling system to create an automated sand mixing unit capable of supplying continuous sand to molding machines. Boasting a simple, compact structure, it ensures easy maintenance and operation, coupled with remarkable durability and economical efficiency. With high loading capacity and productivity, it starts smoothly under load. This machine ensures sand performance parameters such as compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability meet the required standards.
Components of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The primary motor propels the reducer input through a European standard belt pulley, with the output shaft linked to the column via a chain coupling. The spindle induces counterclockwise rotation of the crosshead, prompting the scraper device to usher the sand into a circular flow.
2. Two meticulously designed rotor mechanisms are symmetrically affixed to the cross beam of the circular frame. Each mechanism, powered by the main motor through a v-belt and gears after a secondary deceleration, rotates counterclockwise. This rotation, in synergy with the scraper plate, applies significant impact, shear, and friction forces to the sand.
3. The transmission gears within the reducer are crafted from large modulus alloy steel, ensuring longevity and resilience. A magnetic oil plug is incorporated to capture metallic debris. The sand mixer's base is lined with faience cast stone for smoothness and wear resistance. Scraper inserts are reinforced with wear-resistant carbide, and the inner liner ring is composed of stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for protection against sand abrasion.
4. The unloading system features an automatic air unloader, completing a sand mixing cycle in an average of 3 minutes. Once the green sand is mixed, the outlet automatically discharges the material, eliminating the need for manual operation and enhancing time and efficiency.
5. Featuring an automatic water injection system, the GS high-efficiency sand mixer is equipped with a water pump that adjusts the injection mechanism according to the mixing volume. Following initial setup and calibration, water is automatically dispensed in accordance with the wet sand mixing volume of each batch, ensuring precise water distribution ratios.
6. The mixer is fitted with a grid dosing device or an electronic scale on the top cover, allowing for the automated addition of materials to guarantee precise quantities. Additionally, an exhaust vent is incorporated to facilitate dust removal and heat dissipation.
7. The reducer is securely mounted on the base. For maintenance, simply disconnect the chain coupling and move the main motor out of the coupling insertion, allowing for horizontal removal and repair without dismantling the column or other components.
