Introducing the Advanced Furan Resin Sand Recovery System, meticulously crafted to tailor to your specific sand reclamation needs. Our customized design ensures optimal recovery of old sand, maximizing efficiency and sustainability.

Resin sand is a sophisticated core sand utilized with resin binders. Our regeneration system meticulously eliminates binder films from sand surfaces, adjusting particle size for an economical alternative to new sand. This innovative recycling process significantly cuts down on new sand consumption and disposal transportation costs. Our regenerated sand boasts uniformity, smooth surfaces, and excellent heat retention, greatly enhancing casting quality. Notably, reusing resin sand allows for reduced resin addition, cutting costs further while minimizing environmental impact. The production line is versatile, adept at both resin and sodium silicate sand casting processes.


Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual output capacity ranging from 3000 to 10000 tons of castings. Featuring advanced PLC control, our system ensures seamless operation, stability, and reliability, all while achieving full automation in production.


Resin Sand Production Line Workflow: Post-pouring, sandboxes and castings are elevated to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jacket pieces and risers are manually sorted, while sand, masses, and cold iron fragments descend via the sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-separation, they proceed to our multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for comprehensive processing. Screened sand is elevated by 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for robust regeneration and stripping. This regenerated sand, mixed with fine powder and resin film, enters the flow curtain air separator, which is linked to cyclone and pulse-type back-blowing dust collectors for thorough cleaning. Sand is elevated again via 2# bucket elevator to storage. Our mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer, connected by pneumatic shutters, ensures seamless sand flow from storage to mixing. Curing agents and resin are precisely added and mixed, with the final mixture flowing into prepared sandboxes for modeling and core creation. Finally, molds are sealed for pouring and cooled to perfection.
