Resin sand, a sophisticated core sand utilizing resin as a binding agent, revolutionizes sand casting by being recyclable. This process meticulously removes the binder film from sand surfaces, refining the sand's particle size, and offering a highly economical alternative to new sand. The recycled sand not only reduces consumption of new sand and associated transportation costs, but also presents evenly smooth particles with optimal heat settings, enhancing casting quality. Particularly advantageous is the reduced resin requirement, significantly cutting resin costs and minimizing environmental impact from waste sand disposal. The versatile production line also accommodates sodium silicate sand casting, leveraging similar processing methodologies.
Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts an impressive regeneration processing system, facilitating an annual casting output ranging from 3000 to 10000 tons. Employing advanced PLC controls, the system ensures all electrical equipment operates under strict regulation and protection. The intuitive simulation screen guarantees stable, reliable operations, driving seamless automatic production.
The meticulous process flow of our resin sand production line is designed for precision and efficiency: Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are transported to an inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting of large jackets and risers is followed by the falling of sand and fragments through a magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-separation, materials move to a multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for rigorous breakdown and cleanup. After screening, sand is escalated to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator, ensuring robust regeneration and comprehensive stripping. The flow curtain air separator, connected to efficient dust collectors, purges the sand of fine powders and dust. The regenerated sand is then elevated to the sand warehouse and seamlessly flows into the mobile double-arm continuous mixer. Here, curing agents and resin integrate perfectly with the sand, flowing into prepared sand boxes for molding and core making. The process concludes with self-hardening or flames treatment, finishing with release agents before the final stages of pouring and cooling.
