Resin sand, utilized as core sand with resin acting as a binding agent, undergoes a transformative regeneration process. This method meticulously removes the binder film from sand surfaces, adjusting particle sizes for optimal reuse. This economically savvy alternative to new sand dramatically slashes consumption and transport costs, while ensuring recycled sand remains consistent, smooth, and thermally stable. Enhanced casting quality is a prime benefit, particularly when recycled resin sand is utilized, as it reduces the need for additional resin, significantly cutting costs. Furthermore, this eco-friendly approach minimizes pollution from waste sand disposal. Our production line seamlessly adapts for sodium silicate sand casting, as both processes share similar methodologies.
Our cutting-edge resin sand production line boasts a formidable annual output of 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Equipped with state-of-the-art PLC control systems, the electrical equipment is meticulously safeguarded and restricted, ensuring a dependable and consistent operation. The stability of this automated production is elegantly displayed on a simulation screen, signifying our commitment to innovation and reliability.
Intricate Process Flow of Resin Sand Production Line: Post-pouring, sandboxes and castings are skillfully hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jacket pieces and risers are meticulously sorted manually, while sand, sand masses, and small cold iron fragments are directed through a magnetic separation belt conveyor. Following magnetic separation, materials proceed to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for comprehensive crushing and stripping. The screening process sends sand to the 1# bucket elevator, which elevates it to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for thorough regeneration. This sand, intertwined with fine powders, dust, and resin film, is channeled to the flow curtain air separator. Connected to a cyclone dust collector, this system efficiently removes unwanted particles. The secondary regenerated sand from the centrifugal rotor is ready for further use, transported by the 2# bucket elevator to the sand warehouse. A sophisticated mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer integrates the sand from the warehouse with precision, ensuring a homogeneous blend with curing agents and resin. The fully integrated mixture flows seamlessly into the prepared sandbox, primed for modeling and core creation. The prepared molds undergo meticulous treatments, including self-hardening or alcohol-based combustion, followed by a release material brushing, drying, and box closure, culminating in a flawless pouring and cooling process.
