Introducing the state-of-the-art GS High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a revolutionary innovation brought to you by Qingdao Sanzhuji Technology Co., Ltd. This pioneering mixer leverages three national patents and an optimized design, perfect for efficient green sand mixing. Its core principle revolves around a high-speed bottom scraper that propels materials into a dynamic circular flow. This, combined with a high-speed rotor blade that delivers a powerful impact and shearing force, ensures rapid sand particle interaction and robust friction, leading to swift and effective mixing. Ideal for mechanized molding, it integrates seamlessly with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and automatic water filling system to create a fully automated sand mixing unit, consistently feeding sand to molding machines. The GS Mixer boasts a simple, compact design, promising easy maintenance, economical operation, durability, high load capacity, remarkable productivity, and load starting capabilities. It excels in producing sand with superior performance indices such as compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards.
Composition of the GS High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The primary motor employs a European standard belt pulley to drive the reducer input. A chain coupling links the output shaft to the column, facilitating the spindle's counterclockwise rotation. This action propels the scraper device to induce a sand ring flow, optimizing the mixing process.
2. Two rotor mechanisms are symmetrically affixed to the circle's crossbeam. Each mechanism is powered by the primary motor via a v-belt and gears, effecting a counterclockwise rotation after dual-stage deceleration. Together with the scraping plate, they apply impact, shear, and friction forces, enhancing the sand mixing efficacy.
3. The reducer's gears, crafted from large modulus alloy steel, are hardened for longevity, and feature a magnetic oil plug to capture iron particulates. The mixer’s bottom plate is lined with faience cast stone, ensuring smoothness and wear resistance. Additionally, the scraper inserts are fortified with wear-resistant carbide, and the inner liner ring is constructed from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for optimal sand resistance.
4. The sophisticated unloading mechanism employs an automatic air unloader, completing a mixing cycle in an average of 3 minutes. Upon mixing completion, the machine efficiently unloads the sand without manual intervention, streamlining operations and boosting efficiency.
5. Featuring an intelligent automatic water injection system, the GS Mixer is equipped with an automated pump that adjusts the water injection according to sand volume. After initial setup and calibration, it consistently injects water based on each batch's wet sand mixing volume, ensuring precise water distribution ratios.
6. Positioned on the top cover, the GS Mixer includes a grid dosing device or electronic scale to automate material additions, guaranteeing precise consistency. An exhaust hole is also provided to facilitate effective dust removal and heat dissipation.
7. The reducer is firmly mounted on the base. For maintenance, simply disconnect the chain coupling and relocate the primary motor from the coupling's insertion area, enabling horizontal extraction for repair without disassembling the column or other components.
