Resin sand, a sophisticated core sand employing resin as a binder, presents an ingenious method for sand regeneration. This process meticulously removes the binder film enveloping the sand particles, allowing it to serve as an economically wise and superior alternative to new sand. By recycling old sand, we champion sustainability, drastically reducing new sand consumption and minimizing transportation costs associated with discarding old sand. The recycled sand particles boast uniformity, with smooth surfaces and robust heat settings, markedly enhancing casting quality. Particularly, when reused, the resin sand allows for a reduction in resin addition, thereby slashing resin costs and mitigating environmental pollution from waste sand. Our versatile production line also accommodates sodium silicate sand casting, with a comparable processing technique, offering a comprehensive solution for your sand casting needs.
Our resin sand production line boasts an impressive regeneration processing system, capable of delivering an annual output ranging from 3000 to 10000 tons of superior castings. The system is orchestrated by an advanced PLC control, safeguarding all electrical equipment to ensure restricted and protected operations. The simulation screen guarantees stability and reliability, ushering in a new era of automated production excellence.
The intricate process flow of our resin sand production line begins with the strategic hoisting of the sand box and castings onto the inertia vibration shakeout machine post-pouring. Skilled manual sorting of large jackets and risers occurs, with smaller sand masses and cold iron pieces descending through the sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. After magnetic sorting, materials progress to the multifaceted vibrating crushing machine for fine crushing and stripping. The screened sand ascends via the 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for rigorous regeneration and thorough stripping. Dust-laden regenerated sand then traverses to the flow curtain air separator. This separator, in tandem with a cyclone dust collector and pulse back-blowing dust collector, expertly eliminates fine powder and dust. The secondary regenerator further processes and lifts the sand to the sand warehouse by the 2# bucket elevator. The mobile double-arm continuous resin mixer is seamlessly connected to the sand storage via a pneumatic shutter. Sand travels from the storehouse into the mixer, where it advances with the screw blade, receiving curing agent and premixed resin additions for comprehensive blending. The mix flows into the prepared sand box for meticulous modeling and core making. Tires advance to the self-hardening area or undergo alcohol paste brushing for combustion treatment, culminating in a release material coating to dry, close the box, and prepare for efficient pouring and cooling.
