Our advanced Green Sand Casting Old Sand Screen employs a dynamic design with a large end feeding and a small end discharging system, thanks to its spindle tilting installation. This innovative feature enhances screening efficiency as materials cascade from a high point, ensuring superior crushing and screening capabilities at elevated speeds.
Crafted with precision, the long hole net is made from cold-drawn stainless steel braided mesh, promising extended longevity. Ideal for handling hot and humid materials, this net features a hexagonal tensioned design that prevents breakage and offers excellent rebound. Replacing the screen becomes a breeze, ensuring minimal downtime.
By employing robust ventilation at the air inlet, our system effectively cools the sand while meticulously managing the mud content, preserving the integrity and quality of the old sand.
In the intricate foundry sand treatment and regeneration cycle, the rapid cooling and meticulous screening of high-temperature wet sand (80-150ºC, 3-8% moisture) stand as pivotal processes for enhancing the reuse rate of molding sand. Tilted spindle dynamic design:
Our spindle, strategically inclined at 15°-25°, works in harmony with a large end feed port (Φ600-1200mm) and a high-speed vibration motor (900-1500r/min). Sand particles follow a parabolic trajectory (initial velocity 2-5m/s) across the screen, achieving effective impact crushing and screening. The result is an impressive processing capacity of 20-80t/h, outpacing the efficiency of traditional horizontal screening machines by 40%.
Double-center adjustment system: This system ensures the vibration trajectory remains balanced through a counterweight block (adjustable ±5kg), maintaining amplitude fluctuation rates below 5%. It enhances screening accuracy to an AFS particle size standard deviation of ±0.1mm, setting new precision benchmarks.
Cold-drawn stainless steel woven screen:

2. Full-process integrated solution for foundry sand treatment
Our system seamlessly integrates into the full sand treatment cycle of dropping, screening, cooling, and regeneration, creating a smart, efficient sand treatment ecosystem.
High-temperature old sand pretreatment:
Linked directly to the outlet of the vibrating sand dropping machine, the system efficiently handles old sand with iron beans (≤20mm) and pouring and riser residues. The incorporated magnetic separation module (1500Gs) boasts an iron impurity removal efficiency of over 99%, tripling the screen's impact and wear resistance.
Featuring a closed structure (leakage rate <3mg/m³), it connects to a pulse dust collector, maintaining dust concentrations in the working area at under 5mg/m³, and keeps noise levels at a comfortable ≤78dB(A).
Precise sand quality control:
Experience the precision of our advanced three-level screening system, meticulously designed with multiple granularity levels at Φ5mm, Φ1mm, and Φ0.2mm to perfectly grade regenerated sand, micro powder, and waste slag. This ensures a sand particle uniformity with a CU value remaining at an impressive ≤1.2, thereby elevating the casting surface finish to an exceptional Ra6.3μm.
