Addressing the long-standing challenge of inconsistent sand hardness from uniform sand distribution, this innovative solution eliminates sand shadows in complex or high casting height applications. It's versatile, perfectly suited for a diverse range of small, medium, and large castings. Even type plates with deep hanging sand shapes can be effortlessly molded, reducing the need for a collapse box and enhancing the dimensional precision of your castings.
Our advanced sand injection technology uses air flow suspension bottom injection, ensuring sand fills the type plate perpendicular and in a flowing state, achieving uniformity. This innovation prevents sand clogging, allowing for stable production of deeper and more intricate products. By improving sand filling quality, reducing the incidence of sand eyes, and boosting casting accuracy, it adapts seamlessly to various sand types. Compaction balance control prevents mold distortion, further elevating casting accuracy. This also reduces the need for a collapse box and accommodates the use of thinner type plate molds.
3. Moulding machine table: A centerpiece of precision and efficiency.
The molding magic begins with the mould securely affixed to the middle box, enabling seamless production. Our innovative butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top.
Crafted to perfection, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are constructed from robust QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is made from high chromium alloy iron. Exceptional rigidity is ensured through numerous reinforcement bars cast behind these plates. The columns, made from 45Cr, are medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated. Our hydraulic cylinders, featuring NOK brand internal seals, are heavy-duty, and the steel wire braided high-pressure hoses resist both high pressure and temperature. With 4 support cylinders, the lower box cylinder significantly enhances demoulding stability, while the oil-based sand pushing cylinder further stabilizes sand pushing.

4. Pneumatic system: Precision and reliability in every component.
Engineered for excellence, our pneumatic system boasts components from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, including an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring seamless operation.
5. Hydraulic pumping station: The heart of smooth operation.
Our state-of-the-art pump station is equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the actions of the main, lower box, upper box, upper platen, and push type oil cylinders. Utilising Japan oil research technology, both the solenoid valves and oil pump are top-tier, maintaining a hydraulic system pressure of 19MPa, with a commonly used range of 13MPa or less. Proportional valves from oil research, coupled with a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, enable precise digital control. Simply enter numbers on the touch screen to adjust, with an upper limit of 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, ensuring optimal working temperatures and protecting hydraulic seals. A heater within the hydraulic oil tank activates below 6 degrees and stops above 10 degrees, preventing high viscosity that could harm the oil pump.
6. Control system: Where advanced technology meets intuitive command.
Our cutting-edge control system oversees pressure, speed, and temperature operations with precision. It features a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC to drive hydraulic solenoid valves and the Taiwan ADATA pneumatic system, ensuring seamless equipment action and interlocking functionality. Temperature control is expertly managed by an Omron thermostat, while the hydraulic system is predominantly controlled via Mitsubishi PLC, output modules, and SND relays, epitomizing control excellence and operational fluidity.
