Discover the excellence of our dynamic dry dust filtration solution! Our bag filter, a marvel in dust management, is expertly crafted to trap fine, dry, and non-fibrous dust particles. Featuring premium materials like polyester needle-punched felt and high-temperature fluorometh, this filter uses the advanced fiber fabric filtering effect to cleanse dust-laden gases. As the dust-filled gas enters the bag filter, the larger and heavier particles naturally settle into the ash hopper due to gravity. Meanwhile, the finer dust particles are efficiently captured by the filter media, resulting in the release of purified gas.

Even for long filter bags measuring 6 to 8 meters, a mere blowing pressure of 0.15 to 0.3 MPa ensures optimal dust removal.
2. Experience exceptional high filtration load capacity! Thanks to our robust dust cleaning assurance, the dust collector maintains a manageable resistance, even at elevated filtering air speeds, generally ranging between 1200 to 1500 Pa.

The sophisticated control system, anchored by a PLC programmable controller, precisely manages dust collector cleaning, inlet flue gas temperature, cleaning pressure, and other critical operating parameters in real-time, ensuring seamless, stable, and reliable operations.
4. Our low-pressure pulse bag filter boasts remarkable dust removal efficiency, ensuring that dust concentrations at the outlet meet stringent national emission standards, achieving levels as low as 10 mg/m³ or less.
5. Simplicity meets convenience with our filter bag design! Checking and replacing the filter bags is a breeze, and when utilizing high-temperature resistant media like glass fiber, PTFE, and Fluorometh, the system excels in conditions exceeding 200ºC.
Working Principle:
When dusty gas enters through the top air inlet, it gracefully flows upward, guided by the wind baffle to reduce speed. This process allows larger dust particles to separate and settle into the dust hopper due to inertia. The remaining dust-laden gas enters the middle chamber, where the filter bag performs its magic by trapping dust on its outer surface. The purified gas then ascends through the filter bag openings, exiting through the air outlet as a testament to our superior filtration.
As the purified gas flows into the upper chamber and exits through the outlet, accumulated dust on the filter bag leads to an increasing pressure difference between the dust collector's inlet and outlet. When the preset dust removal time is reached, our intelligent control system activates the dust removal process. The solenoid valve opens rapidly, discharging compressed air from the small diaphragm's upper chamber, triggering a sequence that sees the small diaphragm's exhaust channel opening. Consequently, this change allows the large diaphragm to discharge compressed air, ultimately opening the closed output port. The compressed air is then directed into the filter bag via the output tube and blowing tube, efficiently cleaning the dust. Once the control signal ceases, the solenoid valve closes, resetting the diaphragms and halting the blowing process.
