Resin sand, a sophisticated core sand bonded with resin, undergoes a regeneration process to meticulously remove the binder film from sand surfaces, enhancing its texture and particle size. This recycled sand emerges as a cost-effective alternative to new sand, facilitating substantial savings in both material and transportation expenditures associated with sand disposal. The result is consistently smooth, evenly distributed sand particles that significantly elevate casting quality. Particularly with resin sand, this recycling process diminishes resin usage, cutting costs further. Moreover, it contributes positively to environmental conservation by reducing waste sand pollution. This production line is adaptable for sodium silicate sand casting, with both processes sharing similar techniques.


Our high-performance resin sand production line boasts a robust regeneration processing system, delivering an impressive annual output ranging from 3000 to 10000 tons of castings. Equipped with advanced PLC control, it ensures stringent protection and reliability. The dynamic simulation screen offers a clear, stable production overview, facilitating seamless automation.


The resin sand production line process is meticulously crafted to maximize efficiency: Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are transitioned to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jackets and risers are manually sorted, while sand and small fragments pass through a magnetic separation belt for segregation. The sand then advances to a multifunctional vibrating machine for comprehensive crushing and stripping. Post-screening, sand ascends via bucket elevators to a centrifugal rotor for rigorous regeneration. The fine dust and resin particles are efficiently extracted through an air separator and dust collection system. Subsequently, the sand is prepared for the mobile double-arm continuous resin mixer, where it undergoes precise mixing with curing agents and resin, ultimately ready for high-quality modeling and core making. The final stages involve self-hardening treatments or detailed finishing processes, ensuring superior casting outcomes.
