The refined sand is elevated to the centrifugal rotor regenerator, where it undergoes robust regeneration and stripping. Moving forward, the sand mixed with fine powder, dust, and resin film is air-separated to effectively remove impurities. The addition of cyclone and pulse-type back-blow dust collectors ensures the pristine quality of the sand. Further elevated and stored, the sand flows seamlessly into a mobile double-arm mixer, where each grain is expertly blended with a curing agent and resin before being destined for casting excellence. The tire is then taken to a self-hardening area or treated with alcohol paste before the final steps of drying, box closure, and cooling.
