Resin sand, a state-of-the-art type of core sand that uses resin as its binder, offers remarkable advantages in the foundry industry. Our regeneration process meticulously strips away the binder film, refines the sand's particle size, and expertly recycles it as a highly cost-effective alternative to new sand. The economic benefits are manifold: reduced consumption of new sand, decreased transportation costs for waste sand, and enhanced sand particle uniformity and smoothness. This process significantly uplifts the quality of castings by enabling the reuse of resin sand, thus minimizing the necessary resin amounts, slashing resin costs, and mitigating environmental pollution from waste sand. Furthermore, our production line is compatible with sodium silicate sand casting, given the similar sand processing techniques.
Our innovative resin sand production line is a cutting-edge regeneration processing system capable of producing an impressive 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings annually. With the integration of advanced PLC control systems, our equipment enjoys unparalleled protection and reliability, ensuring stable and fully automated production with a seamless simulation interface.
Dive into the intricate process flow of our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, sandboxes and castings are seamlessly lifted to the state-of-the-art inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, large jacket and riser pieces are meticulously sorted, while sand, sand masses, and small cold iron fragments move through a magnetic separation conveyor. Once separated, they advance to our multi-functional vibrating machine for thorough crushing and stripping, followed by precision screening. The screened sand is elevated via our 1# bucket elevator to a centrifugal rotor for rigorous regeneration. This regenerated sand, now mixed with fine powder and dust, is expertly funneled into an air separator, which removes impurities with the help of cyclone and pulse dust collectors. The purified sand is then elevated once more by our 2# bucket elevator to the sand warehouse. With an innovative pneumatic shutter system, sand is seamlessly transferred to our mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. Here, it is meticulously transported and mixed with curing agents and resin to form the perfect blend. This mixture naturally advances to the discharge port, flowing into a prepared sand box for precise modeling and core-making, readying it for self-hardening or alcohol paste treatment. The final stages involve brushing with a release material before drying, closing, and cooling.
