Our Furan Resin Sand (Self-hardening Sand) Recovery System is meticulously customized to fit the precise demands of your old sand recovery. Designed with flexibility in mind, it accommodates various amounts of sand, ensuring efficient and tailored operations for your specific production needs.

Resin sand, ingeniously bonded with resin, is a specialized core sand revered for its cost-effectiveness and efficiency. By regenerating old sand, we meticulously strip away the binder film, optimizing the sand's surface and particle size. This sustainable practice not only drastically reduces the need for new sand, thus conserving resources and minimizing transport expenses, but also yields smooth, evenly distributed sand particles that enhance casting quality. Our sophisticated recycling process significantly reduces resin costs and curtails environmental pollution. Furthermore, our production line is versatile, seamlessly adapting to sodium silicate sand casting processes that mirror the resin sand methodology.


Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual casting output ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 tons. Managed by advanced PLC control systems, the electrical equipment is meticulously safeguarded and streamlined for optimal functionality. The intuitive simulation screen assures users of the line's reliability and stability, paving the way for fully automated and efficient production.


The process flow of our cutting-edge resin sand production line begins post-pouring, where sand boxes and castings are carefully hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, large jackets and risers are expertly sorted manually. Sand and smaller elements descend through the sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor, where precise magnetic separation occurs. These components are then directed to the versatile vibrating crushing and regeneration machine for thorough processing, including crushing, stripping, and screening. The screened sand is lifted to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator, ensuring comprehensive regeneration and resin film removal. Dust and fine particles are efficiently extracted by the flow curtain air separator, connected to sophisticated dust collectors. Rejuvenated sand is elevated to the storage warehouse by the 2# bucket elevator, ready for mixing. In the mixer, sand is meticulously blended with curing agents and resin, ensuring optimum mixture for modeling and core making. The sand then flows seamlessly into prepared sand boxes for hardening or treated with alcohol paste, finished with a release material for exemplary casting results.
