The Furan Resin Sand (Self-Hardening Sand) Sand Recovery System is ingeniously tailored to optimize the old sand recovery process, with designs customized to your specific recovery needs.

Resin sand, a unique type of core sand, is ingeniously bound using resin. The regeneration process efficiently removes the resin coating from sand particles, allowing for economic reuse, reducing both the need for new sand and disposal costs. The result is uniform, smooth sand that enhances casting quality. Moreover, recycled resin sand requires less resin, cutting costs and minimizing environmental impacts. This versatile production line also adapts to sodium silicate sand casting, leveraging similar processing methods.


Boasting an impressive annual output capacity of 3000 to 10000 tons of castings, our resin sand production line employs state-of-the-art PLC control systems. These advanced systems ensure comprehensive protection and restriction of electrical equipment, while the simulation screen guarantees stable, reliable, and fully automated production processes.


The resin sand production line follows an intricate process: Post-pour, sandboxes and castings ascend to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, manual sorting separates large jackets and risers. Meanwhile, sand and smaller fragments fall through a grid to be conveyed by a magnetic belt, where they're magnetically separated and transported to the multi-functional vibrating crusher. This step involves crushing, stripping, and screening. Screened sand is elevated to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intense regeneration. The flow curtain air separator, integrated with cyclone and pulse-type dust collectors, efficiently removes fine particles and dust. Regenerated sand then elevates to a sand warehouse. In the mixer, sand combines thoroughly with curing agents and resin, preparing it for modeling and core-making. The final touches include self-hardening or alcohol paste treatments, followed by release material brushing for drying and cooling.
