Resin sand, renowned for utilizing resin as a binding agent, transforms into an economical powerhouse through the regeneration of old sand. By meticulously stripping the binder film and adjusting sand surface particle size, it serves as an ideal substitute for new sand. This regeneration not only slashes the consumption of new sand but dramatically reduces transportation costs associated with disposing of old sand. The process ensures sand particles remain uniform and smooth, while optimizing heat retention, benefiting casting quality profoundly. By recycling resin sand, resin usage diminishes, slashing production costs further. Moreover, it mitigates environmental impact by drastically lowering waste sand emissions. The versatile production line is also adept at processing sodium silicate sand casting, following a comparable sand treatment methodology.
Our state-of-the-art resin sand regeneration processing system boasts an impressive annual capacity, producing between 3,000 to 10,000 tons of high-quality castings. Equipped with advanced PLC control, it ensures all electrical components are meticulously monitored and safeguarded. The simulation screen provides a visual confirmation of the system's unwavering stability and reliability, enabling seamless automated production.
Resin Sand Production Line Process Flow: Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings ascend to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, larger jacket and riser fragments are manually sorted, while sand, mass sand, and smaller cold iron pieces are dropped through a sand grid to the magnetic separation conveyor. Following magnetic separation, materials are conveyed to a multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine, undergoing crushing, stripping, and screening. The screened sand is then transported to 1# bucket elevator, lifted to a centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for robust regeneration and thorough stripping. The sand, mixed with fine powders, dust, and resin film, moves to the flow curtain air separator via the flow sand tank. Joined with a cyclone dust collector and pulse-type back-blowing dust collector, the air separator efficiently extracts fine powders and dust. The processed sand is hoisted to the sand warehouse by the 2# bucket elevator, ready for the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. The mixer integrates sand with curing agent and resin, ensuring a homogeneous mix before depositing it into sand boxes prepared for modeling and core creation. Finally, the molds undergo self-hardening or alcohol paste combustion treatment, culminating in release material application, box closure for pouring, and cooling.
