Process Flow of Excellence: From Pouring to Perfection! Post-pouring, our sophisticated process flow begins as sand boxes and castings are elevated to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, large jackets and risers are expertly sorted. Sand, along with smaller debris, is directed through a magnetic separation conveyor, ensuring purity. The innovative multi-functional vibrating crusher then performs crushing and stripping. Screened sand is elevated to a secondary regenerator for intense regeneration. The sand, mixed with fine powder and dust, is purified in the flow curtain air separator. Engaging a cyclone dust collector and pulse-type dust back collector, it achieves pristine cleanliness. Subsequently, fully regenerated sand is stored, ready for the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. Here, precision blending of sand, curing agent, and resin occurs, resulting in the perfect mix for modeling and core making. The process concludes with deft treatments and meticulous cooling, ensuring flawless casting results.
