ZH is a new type of automatic high-efficiency hot core box core shooting machine with open front horizontal parting to shoot 30kg core. It is a down-top type core shooting machine developed on the basis of ZH750 and ZH870 models, which has the functions of core shooting and core starting. It is suitable for shooting various kinds of sand cores with horizontal parting. Compared with the previous four guide shafts installed on the machine base to open and close the mold, the open type is more user-friendly, easy to operate and highly efficient.
ZH800 core shooting machine is suitable for mass production of various hot core box disc cover type sand cores, with the advantages of accurate sand core size, high productivity and low labor intensity.
ZH800 type core shooting machine adopts electric heating and curing, pneumatic sand loading device. The equipment is also equipped with safety devices such as spotlight and alarm signal light, which makes the operation more humanized.

The hot core box is divided into 8 zones with independent temperature control (150-280ºC), the temperature difference is less than 3ºC, and the sand core curing time is shortened by 30%;

Pneumatic sand adding module:
