Removable Flask Molding Machine Composition:
1. Horizontal sand injection employs side directional air flow suspension, ensuring even filling and eliminating sand blockage. This enhances sand filling quality, reduces defective sand eyes, and improves casting dimensional accuracy. Ideal for simple shapes and thin products, it maintains mold plate integrity, prevents distortion, supports thinner mold plates, and reduces collapse box occurrences.
2. The Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine ingeniously addresses the challenge of inconsistent sand hardness, a common issue arising from uniform sand layering. It elegantly resolves the problem of sand shadowing, especially prevalent in castings with intricate shapes or significant casting heights. The versatility of this machine is unmatched, seamlessly accommodating a wide array of castings, from small to large scale. Moreover, it facilitates the molding of deep-hanging sand shapes on type plates while significantly reducing collapse boxes, thus enhancing the dimensional precision of castings.
Our sand injection technology employs a sophisticated air flow suspension bottom injection method, ensuring a flawless, perpendicular sand fill to the type plate in a dynamic state. This results in unparalleled uniformity, completely eliminating sand clogging issues. This capability allows the production of products with deeper and more complex configurations stably. The quality of sand filling is notably enhanced, minimizing defects like bad sand eyes and improving the dimensional accuracy of castings. It adeptly adapts to various sand types, with compaction balance control that prevents type plate mold distortion and deformation, thereby promoting superior dimensional accuracy and allowing the use of thinner type plate molds.
3. Moulding machine table.
The mold for forming is securely fastened onto the middle box during production. It features a distinct butterfly-shaped movable plate, alongside a sturdy bottom and top plate.
Our equipment’s structural integrity is outstanding, with butterfly plates, bottom plates, top plates, sandboxes, and upper pressure plates all crafted from QT500 ductile iron. Meanwhile, the lower pressure plate is made of robust high chromium alloy iron. To ensure exceptional rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are strategically cast behind the five plates. The columns, engineered from 45Cr, undergo medium frequency tempering and are finished with hard chrome plating. The hydraulic cylinders are built for heavy-duty performance, featuring internal seals from the renowned NOK brand, and are connected using steel wire braided high-pressure hoses, ensuring resilience against extreme pressure and temperature. Furthermore, the lower box cylinder is supported by four auxiliary cylinders, significantly boosting demoulding stability, while the sand pushing cylinder, made from oil, further enhances stability.

4. Pneumatic system
The pneumatic system of this machine epitomizes reliability, employing high-quality components from the Taiwan Airtac brand. It includes essential elements such as an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
This advanced hydraulic pumping station features five pairs of solenoid valves, meticulously orchestrating the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. Utilizing cutting-edge Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and pumps, the system boasts a pressure capacity of 19MPa, with routine operations at or below 13MPa. The inclusion of an oil research proportional valve, Mitsubishi PLC module, and touch screen interface allows for precise digital control, customizable via the intuitive touch screen. It includes an air-cooled radiator to automatically regulate the hydraulic oil temperature, ensuring protection of hydraulic seals and maintaining optimal working conditions. Additionally, the hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a smart heater system, activating when oil temperature falls below 6 degrees and ceasing above 10 degrees, thereby preventing high viscosity and safeguarding the pump.
6. Control system.
Our state-of-the-art control system offers complete mastery over pressure, speed, and temperature operations. The automated system is driven by a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC, seamlessly coordinating the hydraulic solenoid valve and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic component system. It ensures a harmonious and interconnected operation of the equipment's hydraulic components. The hydraulic oil temperature is meticulously controlled by an Omron thermostat, while the Mitsubishi PLC, utilizing output modules and SND relays, oversees the entire hydraulic system, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
