3. Moulding Machine Table.
The molding operation is anchored on the middle box, featuring a unique butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top.
Crafted from robust materials, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are made from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate features high chromium alloy iron. To ensure exceptional equipment rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are cast into the five plates. Columns are engineered from 45Cr, benefitting from medium frequency tempering and hard chrome plating. Our heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, featuring NOK brand internal seals, are connected with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses, designed to withstand extreme pressure and temperature. The inclusion of four support cylinders in the lower box cylinder greatly enhances demoulding stability. Additionally, an oil-powered sand pushing cylinder further boosts the consistency and reliability of sand pushing.

4. Pneumatic System
The pneumatic system of our machine proudly incorporates components from the esteemed Taiwan Airtac brand, including an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
Our hydraulic pumping station is equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each deftly managing the operation of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. These valves and oil pumps, sourced from Japan's oil research, ensure optimal hydraulic system performance, capped at a pressure of 19MPa, with frequent operating pressures at 13MPa or below. The inclusion of a proportional valve, Mitsubishi PLC module, and a touch screen facilitates precise digital control. With an air-cooled radiator, the system automatically activates a cooling fan above 30 degrees, maintaining the hydraulic oil within a safe temperature range, safeguarding seals, and preventing excessive temperature rises. A heater within the hydraulic oil tank ensures the oil remains appropriately viscous, automatically engaging below 6 degrees and disengaging above 10 degrees, protecting the oil pump from damage due to high viscosity at low temperatures.
6. Control System.
Our sophisticated control system expertly oversees pressure, speed, and temperature operations. The automated system utilizes a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC to drive hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, orchestrating seamless equipment actions and ensuring the interlocking relationship between operations. The Omron thermostat precisely regulates hydraulic oil temperature, while the Mitsubishi PLC, coupled with output modules and SND relays, maintains comprehensive control over the hydraulic system's functions.
