Product Description
The equipment adopts permanent magnet-permanent magnet block as the magnetic source, the magnetic poles are arranged in a circle, made of special powder metallurgy product strontium ferrite. It is used to remove iron impurities such as iron beans, iron nails and casting splinters flying edges mixed in the old sand.
In the foundry sand regeneration process, the residual iron impurities (iron beans, nails, flash, etc.) will cause defects such as pores and slag inclusions in castings, which directly affect the production yield. This equipment uses an annular permanent magnetic pole array and strontium ferrite powder metallurgy materials to achieve efficient separation of ferromagnetic impurities in old sand. Innovation of permanent magnetic source:
The strontium ferrite magnet block (density ≥4.8g/cm³, remanence Br≥410mT) is prepared by wet pressing process, the magnetic energy product (BH) max≥3.5MGOe, the coercive force Hc≥320kA/m, ensuring the stability of the magnetic field (annual attenuation rate <0.1%);
