The molding apparatus is securely affixed to the middle box for production. Featuring a butterfly-shaped movable plate, the setup includes a bottom plate, top plate, and more.
Constructed from QT500 ductile iron, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate exhibit exceptional resilience, while the lower pressure plate is crafted from high chromium alloy iron. Reinforcement bars fortify the structure, ensuring high rigidity. The columns, made of 45Cr, undergo medium frequency tempering and are chrome-plated for durability. Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, featuring NOK brand seals, along with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses, withstand extreme conditions. The lower box cylinder is supported by four additional cylinders, enhancing demolding stability, and the sand pushing cylinders further bolster performance.

4. Pneumatic System: An advanced pneumatic system ensures seamless operation.
Our machine’s pneumatic components feature Taiwan Airtac brands. This includes an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinders, and a pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station: A powerhouse of precision and control in our system.
Our hydraulic pumping station is equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each precisely controlling various oil cylinders and push type oil cylinders. Utilizing Japan Oil Research solenoids and pumps, the system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, typically maintaining 13MPa or less. The pressure control uses Oil Research's proportional valve, with Mitsubishi PLC modules and touch screens for digital precision. An air-cooled radiator ensures optimal temperatures, automatically activating above 30 degrees, while a heater prevents low-temperature viscosity issues, optimizing performance and safeguarding equipment integrity.
6. Control System: The nerve center of our sophisticated machinery.
Our control system orchestrates pressure, speed, and temperature seamlessly. Utilizing a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC alongside Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, the system ensures synchronized hydraulic operations. The Omron thermostat manages hydraulic oil temperature with precision, while the Mitsubishi PLC governs equipment actions via output modules and SND relays, maintaining an interlocked and continuous operational flow.
