Crafted for excellence, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are constructed from robust QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is made from high-grade chromium alloy iron. To ensure the equipment's formidable rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are cast behind the five plates. The columns boast 45Cr construction, with medium frequency tempering and hard chrome plating for unmatched durability. Our hydraulic cylinders, featuring heavy-duty NOK brand internal seals, are paired with steel wire braided high pressure hoses, designed to withstand extreme pressures and temperatures. The lower box cylinder benefits from 4 support cylinders, greatly enhancing demoulding stability. Furthermore, the sand pushing cylinder, an oil cylinder, offers exceptional sand pushing stability.

4. Pneumatic system
Built for precision and reliability, this machine's pneumatic components proudly feature the acclaimed Taiwan Airtac brand. The system includes air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a state-of-the-art pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
Introducing a powerhouse of hydraulic innovation, our pump station orchestrates its operations with five pairs of solenoid valves, meticulously controlling the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Featuring premium Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and pumps, the hydraulic system operates at a peak pressure of 19MPa, with standard usage at 13MPa or below. For seamless system pressure control, we employ Oil Research proportional valves, with digital precision facilitated by the Mitsubishi PLC module and touchscreen interface, allowing easy upper limit adjustments. Equipped with an air-cooled radiator, the system ensures optimal hydraulic oil temperature management, automatically activating the cooling fan when temperatures exceed 30 degrees. A heater within the hydraulic oil tank safeguards against low temperatures, automatically warming the oil when below 6 degrees, maintaining optimal viscosity and preventing potential pump damage.
6. Control system.
The command center of precision, our control system governs the triad of pressure, speed, and temperature operations. The automated system harnesses the power of Mitsubishi touch screens and PLC control, driving hydraulic solenoid valves and the Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components system to perfection, seamlessly managing the equipment's hydraulic actions and their interlocking sequences. Temperature control is expertly handled by the Omron thermostat, ensuring precise management of hydraulic oil temperatures.
