The Mould for molding is securely affixed to the middle box during production. It features a sophisticated butterfly-shaped movable plate, complemented by a sturdy bottom plate and top.
Every element, from the butterfly plate to the upper pressure plate, is crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. To ensure exceptional rigidity, these components are reinforced with numerous bars and columns made from 45Cr, tempered and chrome plated for durability. The hydraulic cylinders are top-tier, using NOK brand internal seals, and the high-pressure steel wire braided hoses withstand extreme conditions. With four support cylinders enhancing the demoulding stability, and an oil cylinder for sand pushing, the machine assures unparalleled performance.

This sophisticated pump station comprises 5 expertly crafted pairs of solenoid valves, each dedicated to controlling the primary oil cylinders. With Japanese Oil Research solenoid valves and pumps, the system operates at a controlled pressure of 19MPa and typically functions at 13MPa or below for optimal performance. Digital control is achieved via Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen, allowing precise pressure adjustments.
