Every element, from the butterfly plate to the upper pressure plate, is crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. To ensure exceptional rigidity, these components are reinforced with numerous bars and columns made from 45Cr, tempered and chrome plated for durability. The hydraulic cylinders are top-tier, using NOK brand internal seals, and the high-pressure steel wire braided hoses withstand extreme conditions.
