The hydraulic system of the machine is a masterpiece of precision, regulated by a proportional valve from Taiwan Seven Oceans. 2. Our innovative Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine is meticulously engineered to address and resolve the persistent challenges of inconsistent sand hardness caused by uniform sand cloth and the notorious issue of sand shadow in castings with complex shapes or significant casting heights. This advanced molding machine accommodates a wide spectrum of castings, from small and medium to large sizes. Notably, it can efficiently mold type plates with deep hanging sand shapes, significantly reducing collapse box incidents and enhancing the dimensional precision of castings.
Utilizing cutting-edge air flow suspension bottom injection and bottom injection techniques, our sand injection process ensures that sand fills perpendicularly to the type plate in a fluid form, achieving uniform distribution. This method eliminates sand clogging, enabling the stable production of deeper and intricately shaped products. The quality of sand filling is enhanced, minimizing the occurrence of defective sand eyes and improving the dimensional accuracy of castings. Our system is versatile, adapting to various sand characteristics with compaction balance control to prevent distortion and deformation of the type plate mold. This leads to improved dimensional precision of castings, reduced collapse box occurrences, and the ability to employ thinner type plate molds.
3. Moulding machine table.
Mould for molding is expertly affixed to the middle box for seamless production. Its innovative butterfly-shaped movable plate, robust bottom plate, and durable top plate work in harmony.
Crafted from QT500 ductile iron, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate boast exceptional strength, while the lower pressure plate employs high chromium alloy iron. Reinforcement bars are strategically cast behind the five plates to ensure unparalleled rigidity. Columns are fabricated from 45Cr, medium frequency tempered, and hard chrome plated for superior durability. Our heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders feature NOK brand internal seals, with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses linking the equipment to the cylinders, resistant to high pressure and temperature. The stability of the demoulding process is significantly enhanced by the installation of 4 support cylinders on the lower box cylinder, and the sand pushing cylinder, an oil cylinder, further stabilizes sand pushing operations.

4. Pneumatic system
This sophisticated machine incorporates premium pneumatic components from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, including the air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring reliability and performance.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
Our advanced pump station features 5 pairs of expertly engineered solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the operation of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Utilizing Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the hydraulic system pressure is set at 19MPa, with a common operating pressure of 13MPa or below. The system pressure is precisely managed with an Oil Research proportional valve, complemented by a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen for digital control, allowing for seamless adjustments. The air-cooled radiator automatically activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, safeguarding the seals and maintaining optimal temperatures. A heater within the hydraulic oil tank ensures functionality, activating below 6 degrees and deactivating above 10 degrees to prevent viscosity issues, safeguarding the oil pump from damage.
6. Control system.
Our state-of-the-art control system seamlessly manages pressure, speed, and temperature operations. The automatic system primarily utilizes the Mitsubishi touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC to drive hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic component systems, ensuring synchronized and interlocked actions of hydraulic components. Temperature is expertly controlled by an Omron thermostat, with the hydraulic system primarily governed by the Mitsubishi PLC through output modules and SND relays, optimizing performance and reliability.
